Medical Gas Copper Tube
GL Plus™ medical gas tubing is specially processed, purged, and pressurized to deliver the cleanliness and compliance critical for life safety systems.
Each tube is cleaned, deburred, nitrogen-purged, and sealed with installer-friendly form-fitting plugs, ensuring a pristine interior that meets stringent medical gas codes from production to installation.
Applications
Designed for use in medical gas pipeline systems including oxygen, nitrous oxide, medical air, nitrogen, and vacuum applications in hospitals, clinics, and laboratories.
Material
Manufactured from UNS C12200 alloy (99.9% pure copper) with form-fitting end plugs that maintain nitrogen pressurization from -40 °C to +70 °C and protect interior surfaces during storage and transport.

- Cleaned with an environmentally responsible aqueous degreasing system achieving ASTM B819 cleanliness levels below 0.0035 g/sq. ft
- Nitrogen purged and sealed to maintain an oil-free interior
- Plugs tested to maintain pressure between -40 °C and +70 °C
