PRS Copper Press Fittings
Streamline® PRS Copper Press Fittings deliver a fast, consistent solution for joining copper tubes in plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC applications. Designed for secure, permanent connections without flame or solder, these fittings are compatible with ASTM B88 Types K, L, and M copper tube and available in sizes from ½ inch to 4 inches.

Applications
Streamline® PRS fittings are suitable for a wide range of systems and services, including:
- Potable water distribution
- Hydronic heating and chilled water systems
- Compressed air (up to 200 PSI)
- Non-medical gases (up to 140 PSI)
- Low-pressure steam (up to 5 PSI)
- Vacuum service (up to 29.2 inches mercury at 140°F)
Material
Each fitting is manufactured from high-quality materials engineered for durability and code compliance:
- Body: UNS C12200 copper and C69300 low-lead brass
- Sealing elements: EPDM o-ring and silicone lubrication
- Stainless steel grip ring with nylon spacer (sizes 2½ to 4 inches)

Approved for above-ground and below-ground installations where permitted by local code
Size Range: ½ inch to 4 inches (couplings, elbows, tees, adapters, reducers, caps, flanges)
Operating Pressure: Up to 300 PSI CWP
Temperature Range: -20°F to 250°F
