EZ-Roll™ Pre-Insulated Line Sets
EZ-Roll™ line sets are designed to make installations faster, cleaner, and more efficient. Pre-sleeved at the factory and packaged ready to install, these line sets help eliminate damage to insulation on the job site and save valuable time. Simply unbox and connect for a consistent, professional results every time.
Applications
Ideal for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. Used to connect an air conditioner condensing unit to an evaporator coil.
Material
- Copper tube manufactured from high-purity UNS C12200 copper for proven reliability and performance.
- Insulation is black elastomeric material, UV retardant to resist degradation in exposed applications.
Specifications
- Can be used with synthetic refrigerants and sub-critical CO2 systems
- R410A engineered and tested for compatibility and performance
- All common HCFC, HFC, and A2L refrigerants
- Natural refrigerants including R744, R290, R600a and others
Lengths Available: 15 feet to 100 feet in most configurations
Diameters: 1/4 inch to 1-1/8 inches
Insulation Thickness: 3/8 inch to 1 inch
