EZ-Roll Plus™ Black Coated Line Sets
EZ-Roll Plus™ Black line sets feature a durable black polymeric jacket engineered to protect insulation during installation through rough surfaces and tight spaces. The factory-applied coating resists tearing, eliminates the need for repairs, and ensures long-lasting performance in demanding HVAC and refrigeration applications.
Applications
Designed for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems where line sets are routed through concrete, wood framing, or other abrasive surfaces. Suitable for both standard and ductless installations.
Material
- Copper tube manufactured from UNS C12200 high-purity copper
- Elastomeric insulation with a black co-extruded polymeric jacket that is UV- and moisture-resistant and requires no additional covering or painting

- R410A engineered and tested for reliable high-pressure performance
Operating Temperature: 220°F to 297°F
